Prenatal Support (3 Visits)

Visit 1: Comprehensive Prenatal Education

• Discuss birth history and create a personalized birth plan.
• Learn techniques for relaxation and optimal positioning.
• Nutritional guidance and exercise routines.
• Various comfort measures for pregnancy.
• Holistic care for mind, body, and soul.
• Partner inclusion or individual support if no partner is available.

Visit 2: Birth Plan and Comfort Measures

• Detailed review of birth preferences and goals.
• Pain management and comfort techniques.
• Preparation for different stages of labor.
• Partner coaching for labor support.

Visit 3: Final Preparations

• Review and finalize the birth plan.
• Practice relaxation and breathing techniques.
• Address any last-minute questions or concerns.
• Prepare for postpartum recovery and newborn care.

Labor Support

Free Virtual Telehealth Consultation:

• Conducted 3-4 weeks before the due date.
• Discuss birth plan, goals, and expectations.

In-Person Active Labor Support:

• Continuous doula support at home, birth center, or hospital within two hours of your call.
• Comfort measures and techniques to manage pain.
• Emotional, physical, and informational support throughout labor and delivery.
• Referrals to midwives, doctors, childbirth educators, lactation consultants, chiropractors, etc., as needed.
• Labor, birth, and first moments photos (if desired and circumstances allow).

Postpartum and Breastfeeding Assistance:

• Support for the first 1-2 hours after birth.
• Help with initial breastfeeding and bonding.

Continuous On-Call Support:

• Available from 37 weeks gestation until labor begins.

Postpartum Support (3 Visits)

Immediate Postpartum Visit (Within the First Week):

• Emotional support and processing the birth experience.
• Assistance with breastfeeding, pumping, or bottle feeding.
• Baby care: bathing, swaddling, and diapering.
• Postpartum recovery guidance.

Follow-Up Visit (2 Weeks Postpartum):

• Continued emotional support and birth story processing.
• Help with baby care routines.
• Addressing any breastfeeding or feeding challenges.
• Guidance on adjusting to new family dynamics.

Final Postpartum Visit (4-6 Weeks Postpartum):

• Evaluate breastfeeding progress.
• Support for postpartum recovery and self-care.
• Referrals to additional support services if needed.
• Address any remaining questions or concerns.
